Last updated: June 2026. The following sets out how Qoregen Labs dispatches orders and handles issues with delivery. This page does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders are packed carefully and dispatched from the United Kingdom using tracked delivery where available. Orders placed and confirmed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same or next working day. UK delivery usually arrives within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Where tracked delivery is used, a tracking reference is provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are sent to the phone number or email supplied at checkout.
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us with your order details. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Qoregen Labs support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Due to the nature of research products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for safety and integrity reasons. Issues caused by damage in transit, incorrect items, or our error are handled under the section above. If you have a concern about an unopened order, contact us before opening it and we will advise.
