We collect only the data we need to operate our business. The table below describes each data type, why we collect it, and the legal basis under UK GDPR.

We do not collect payment card details, health data, or any special category data. We do not use your information for profiling or automated decision-making.
This website uses a single first-party cookie to record your cookie consent preference (ql_consent). This cookie expires after 365 days and contains only your accept or decline choice. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.
If you consent to non-essential cookies, we load Google Fonts from Google's CDN. This transfers your IP address and user-agent string to Google servers, which may be located in the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this cookie from your browser, which will prompt the consent banner on your next visit.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising technology.
Order enquiries and contact submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Supabase applies encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the database is restricted to authorised Qoregen Labs personnel only. We do not store payment card details at any point.
Product selections made in the shopping cart are stored in your browser's local storage only. They are never sent to our servers unless you complete and submit an enquiry.
We share your data with the following third parties only where necessary to operate the service:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Some of our processors are located in the United States (Google, Meta/WhatsApp). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations and standard contractual clauses as appropriate. If you use WhatsApp to communicate with us, your messages are processed on Meta's US infrastructure under Meta's own privacy terms.
We keep order enquiry records for six years following the enquiry date to meet UK accounting and regulatory obligations. Contact enquiries are kept for 12 months. Restock notification requests are deleted once we have notified you or after 12 months, whichever is sooner. Your cookie consent preference is stored for 365 days.
