Are your peptides third-party tested?+
Purity documentation is available on request. Every product is batch-coded, and we can provide batch-specific documentation on request. Contact us through our COAs page, WhatsApp, or email with the product name and batch number.
What is HPLC purity and why does it matter?+
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the gold-standard analytical method for measuring peptide purity. It separates the peptide from any impurities and measures their relative concentrations. A purity of ≥99% means that at least 99% of the measured sample is the target peptide — essential for reliable, reproducible research results.
How should products be stored?+
Products should be stored unopened according to the product label, batch documentation, and appropriate laboratory SOPs. Qoregen Labs does not provide preparation, administration, human-use, or veterinary-use instructions.
How do you ship and how long does delivery take?+
UK orders are normally prepared for tracked dispatch within one working day after enquiry review and payment confirmation. Delivery timing may vary by carrier, location, stock status, and compliance checks. Free tracked UK shipping is included on qualifying orders over £200.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?+

What payment methods do you accept?+
No payment is taken on this website. Enquiries are reviewed first, then Qoregen Labs confirms availability, order details, payment instructions, and dispatch timing. Never send card details by WhatsApp, email, or website message.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for a specific batch?+
Yes. Batch documentation is available on request. Send us the product and the batch number from your vial label — via our COAs page, WhatsApp, or email — and we'll provide the relevant certificate where available.
